CGC is committed to maintaining high ethical standards, integrity, credibility, professionalism and honesty in its dealings with Vendors.
The CGC Vendor Code of Conduct (VCOC) establishes a set of standards for business and ethical practices, and professional conduct expected of all Vendors working with CGC. The VCOC applies to all CGC Vendors and any person they appoint in any capacity to deliver goods or perform services, including their employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors (“their representatives”). Vendors must comply with the VCOC when engaging and conducting business with CGC.
All CGC Vendors are required to sign the “Pledge of Integrity” and "Connected Party Declaration". Vendors are responsible for understanding the requirements of the rules and regulations in the VCOC. The “Pledge of Integrity” enforces compliance with all relevant laws and the VCOC. Failure to sign the VCOC may lead to disqualification.
CGC reserves the right to amend the VCOC from time to time without prior notice.
