Benefits

Accessible to all Non-Resident Controlled Companies (NRCC): Available through major Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs). MSMEs can apply for a CGC guarantee linked to their financing at the PFIs.
Comprehensive Coverage: Includes Term Financing, Cash Line Facilities, Trade Facilities and more.

Eligibility

Business Types: Open to Private Limited Companies and Non-listed Limited Companies.
Local Incorporation: Businesses must be registered and operating in Malaysia with at least 30% Malaysian shareholding and must act as financing guarantors.
Shariah Compliance: For the Islamic guarantee scheme, based on the Kafalah contract, businesses must maintain Shariah-compliance throughout the guarantee tenure.

Features

Purpose of Financing: Working Capital and/or Capital Expenditure and/or Refinancing.
Guarantee Amount: Up to RM5.0 million.
Guarantee Period: Up to the tenure approved by the PFI.
Guarantee Coverage: Between 30% and 80%, or up to RM5.0 million, whichever is lower.
Guarantee Fee: Ranges from 0.75% to 4.00% per annum (with risk-based pricing subject to risk profiles).
Financing Profit Rate: Up to 2.00% above the Base Financing Rate (BFR) of the PFIs.
